Work-life balance is one of the most sought-after aspects of a job. Those who have it love it and those who don’t are constantly striving to get it.
Meanwhile, experts everywhere are sharing their tips for chasing the elusive work-life balance. The latest Glassdoor data, however, suggests that the key to work-life balance could lie in your chosen profession, not just in your day-to-day decisions.
The Glassdoor team has identified the 25 best jobs for work-life balance based on employee feedback from the past year. The employee responses, which are rated on a 5-point scale: 1.0=very dissatisfied, 3.0=OK, 5.0=very satisfied, give us some insight into the industries best suited for balance.
Interestingly, tech jobs seem to take the cake when it comes to work-life balance. There is hope for those of us who aren’t exactly tech-minded, though. Read on to find out which careers take the top spots.
